Job Description :

Responsibilities

  • Work on a 24/7 support, with rotational shifts
  • Coordinating and providing support to the development team.
  • Daily monitoring the database backups on various servers.
  • Closure of the tickets which are raised by the clients.
  • Coordinating with the local server team for server related issues.
  • Solving the technical queries which are escalated from the clients.
  • Creating Job and Scheduler.
  • Database backup and restore.
  • Writing SQL/Oracle Queries
  • Debugging Source Code (Dot Net/Java)
  • User handling

Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good knowledge on SQL/Oracle
  • Knowledge on Dot Net/Java (Preferred)
  • Testing knowledge (Preferred)
  • Good Problem-Solving Skills

Qualification:

  • BSc IT/ BSc CS or relevant
  • Software certifications (Preferred)
