Job Description :

Install and Troubleshoot Desktop and Server OS and other utility Softwares 
•    Installing Designing,Multimedia,Animation and VFx Softwares for Designers
•    Knowledge of Enterprise Systems (Antivirus, RDP, LAN, Firewall)
•    Printer Management and networking
•    Manage Email Services for organization (Create Email Account, Route Email accounts, (webmails, outlook and Google Workspace)
•    Timely Backups of Data
•    Troubleshoot Hardware and software problems in laptops/ desktops whenever required.

Any IT certification will be an added advantage (e.g. MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, CCNA, CCNP)

Experience: 0 – 5 yrs.
