Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to identify, qualify, and generate potential leads.
Explain Extraaaz products (SPOs+, POS + Inventory, Emark) to prospects in a clear and simple way.
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the field sales team.
Maintain and update CRM records for leads, follow-ups, and conversations.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with prospects consistently to move them through the sales funnel.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation or meeting-setting targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead-nurturing activities.
Share feedback from customers and prospects to improve product positioning.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
0–2 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling (IT/POS/SaaS preferred).
Strong communication skills with a confident and clear speaking voice.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to present technical products in simple, non-technical language.
