Job Description
1. Daily follow-up with customers for EMI Payments.
2. Day to Day calling to customers for collection updates.
3. Must have experience in the tele -collection process
4. Maintain MIS in excel of daily calling report.
5. Achieving target assigned by Operation on day to day basis

Languages Known
Hindi / English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam

Requirement
1. Good communication and Basic Banking knowledge are preferred.
2. Smart to handle calls
3. Ability to convince
4. The candidate who has exp in hardcore payment tele collections & belongs to NBFC, call center / BPO industries would be preferred.

Education
Minimum HSC / Graduate in stream

Experience
Must have experience in the tele -collection process

Shift timings
9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Candidate should be ready to do overtime if required
