About Process

Manage / process backend services like bookings, upgrades, cancellations, refunds, etc.


1. Decent communication skills (English) - B28 High

2. Typing speed should be minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy

3. Should be able to understand English & should have good Computer Knowledge

4. Candidate should be smart enough to understand & operate Amadeus tool


1. HSC with minimum of 6 months of any experience / Graduate Fresher

2. Candidates with Travel process experience will have an added advantage

3. No CA/MBA/Doctors/B.Sc IT

Target Navi Mumbai candidates (Candidates within 15 - 20 Kms of radius as they will have to Travel)
