Job Description
1. Be proficient in Sketch/PS/AI, and Principle/Ae will be a plus. Have the capability in diversified visual performance, and can lead the design of a single product line. You will participate in the formulation of UI and UX processes standardization, and continuously improve user experience.
2. Listen to and understand the requirements, complete the UI and UX design of relevant APP products
3. Cooperate with the front-desk development team to ensure the implementation quality of UI design
4. Research the product’s target users, explore user needs and optimize product experience with relevant teams
5. Have entrepreneurial aspiration and job concentration, which can lead to popular visual design, as well as pay attention to the business. Contribute to the business growth by the designing efforts
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, fine arts-related majors are preferred (particularly outstanding candidates can let go of this requirement)
2. 3 to 5 years of work experience in design (please bring your work samples to introduce the cases).
3. Have outstanding capability in the expression of the design and be efficient to convert ideas into design solutions.
4. Have a strong execution, complete the projects on-time and of high quality, and can understand by analogy
5. Have strong curiosity and good learning skills, can conduct research and solve unknown problems independently, and push your limits in the job field
Work Experience
3 to 5 years of work experience in design (please bring your work samples to introduce the cases).
Education
Bachelor degree or above, fine arts-related majors are preferred (particularly outstanding candidates can let go of this requirement)
